Transparent Solvent Free Epoxy Coating

It provides decorative and aesthetic flooring appearance. It allows to obtain a broader view with 3D images in confined spaces. Exceptional designs can be achieved by different visual designs on the floors. It is solvent-free, epoxy-based, transparent, two-component, protective finishing coat. It is resistant to scratches, impact, water and chemicals.

Surface preparation: FLOOR 3D application surface, prior to application, should be leveled so as to obtain a smooth and flat appearance. Weak particles and impurities that may have adverse effects on the adhesion should be removed from the surface. If there is any water leakage which will adversely affect the application, without eliminating problems the application should not be initiated. Before ISONEM FLOOR 3D application, surfaces should be primed with ISONEM EP PRIMER.

3D Image Laying: The selected 3D image is laid on a floor whose surface smoothness is achieved so that there will be no air bubbles on the surface.

Mixture preparation: ISONEM FLOOR 3D is supplied as ready to use kits according to the mixing ratio. Paying attention to the pot life, a required mixture of the amount of application should be prepared. Before starting the mixture it must be ensured that the material temperatures are between +15 and +25 °C. Component A should be thoroughly mixed with a mechanical mixer at 300 - 400 rpm for 3 - 4 minutes, without dragging air inside. Then, the complete contents of component B should be poured into component A and it should be ensured that there are no contents of component B remained. A+B should be mixed for at least 3 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained and the prepared mixture should be consumed within 40-50 minutes.

Application method: Pouring the transparent mixture prepared homogeneous over the image, spreading is provided by a brush, roller or a suitable apparatus.
